In our method, quality aspects remain separate from functionality aspect in the design model and the implementation code for simulation is automatically obtained by injecting quality requirements into the skeleton code generated from the design level functionality model.

Even though they say their method reduce some implementation and maintenance cost, it seems to me it requires another workload such as knowledge of AspectJ.
However, the seperation of between Funtional aspect and quality aspect is interesting.
